Fancy place

We completely refurbished this duplex attic back in 2007 and in 2018 we updated the decoration, carefully selecting artworks for each space. This comprehensive reform maintains the original structure and distribution of the residence. The aim was to create a sober and masculine atmosphere, with wide and elegant spaces that would adapt to the client’s style. The idea is reinforced with a play on colour contrasts; deep chocolate tones that stand out against the white walls and contrasting red and ochre artworks. In the entrance, we can find the staircase that connects the ground and upper floors. We played with the handrail, highlighting the sinuous curves of the stairwell. In the hallway we picked artworks in shades of blue, breaking the monochromatic colour scheme. Oak hardwood flooring runs throughout the entire floor of the house. For the terraces we opted for a natural wood raised flooring.
